I have many friends -- some good friends and a very few best friends. Rachel is one of them. Her mom has been diagnosed with mild heart attack and she is in the medical supervision in the hospital this Mothers Day. I had to be there with Rachel... Mothers Day for me was not as good as the last time, although my mom gave me a shriek of surprise with her sudden presence.
Rachel's mom is recovering fast and I hope she is going to get well very
soon. And guess what the Friends Week is just around the corner (May 18th to May 24th) -- the next week! We may have a real blast celebrating the event. I don't want to let this golden opportunity go away from my hand.
But now this I will miss John who was with me so far and he wished join us but he is returning back to Houston this weekend. But there a way to surprise him after he goes back. Yes... probably he doesn't remember the friends week. I'm reaching out to him with loads of friendship wishes. A brand new card each fine morning through the week may be the perfect way to strike him with a new surprise each day.
